I Think that you have a very intelligent view on many aspects of the ICOC and the Bible and God and am not convinced that your personal experience with the church and its inner workings has not affected your faith. However I think you and I am sure many other people out there have missed a crucuile element of Christianity putting the church aside is it not about a relationship with God Was not a Ethiopian Baptised then sent on his way without a church completlety bombarding his life? Yes in a ideal world the church would all work in unity and love with out any conflicting beliefs. As much as you have talked about God failing mankind why have you neglected to think about the fact that we live in a fallen world and Satern will always attack and try to lead people of the path of salvation As smart as you are I think you are also being a little arrogant trying to tell God how it should be please do not be offended by this comment all of us have these thoughts from time to time but you just cant tell the creator of the universe how it is. He has his reasons and that is that its a trust thing. In the end I think you have to look at Jesus’s life and words He was baptised as a adult not a baby as he had the oppertunity to. and he also told the sinner on the cross he would see him in heaven and he wasn’t baptised so maybe people should stop judging every one else and live like Jesus and just love each other is’nt this what it should be about? I feel bad for you that you have lost your faith its never too late to turn back but it is when you die 100 years on earth is nothing compared to eternity please reconsider your faith you have every thing to gain by believing and every thing to loose by not I am going to write you again and mention other things but I dont have time now God Bless from a former ICOC member
